I LOVE Lord of the Rings! It's so awesome! You should read the books and watch the movies if you haven't already. The story of the Lord of the Rings was written by J. R. R. Tolkien. It is about the world of middle earth, where the dark lord, Sauron, is gaining power and plans to take over Middle Earth. He is searching for the one ring, which holds huge power. If he finds the ring, there will be no question of his victory, but if the ring is destroyed, he will die along with it. The ring is found to be in the possesion of a young hobbit, Frodo Baggins. The Lord of the Rings is the tale of his journey to destroy the ring.
